1. PLANTUP-ZA website has associated vendors products.
1.1 Orders for these vendors products will be passed on to said vendor’s representatives for order confirmation and order processing.

2. As regards PLANTUP-ZA brand products and produce:
Order confirmation constitutes the following criteria;

3.1 Our website uses Woo-Commerce ‘online shopping’ platform in combination with secure external payment portals ‘PayFast’, ‘SnapScan’ and ‘PayPal’;
3.1.PLANTUP-ZA does not have access to your credit card, nor your banking details.

3.1.1 At no time will we be given access to your banking and or credit card details;
other than in reference to payment received.
3.1.2 The payment portal on our website is an automated feature of WooCommerce online shop.
3.1.2.1 The checkout payment portal is a pop-up window;

3.2 Social media shop checkout facilities are linked back to our website’s secure checkout and banking payment portals.

3.4 We discourage Direct Bank Deposits;
which will incur additional bank charges to be settled on client’s account.
4. Back Orders Products out of stock may be back ordered;
4.1 Client will be notified when stock has arrived
and / or
plants and produce has been replenished.
5. Client will be notified immediately of any delivery delays;
5.1 Delays due to low stock levels, supplier shortages, or additional manufacture lead times, etc.
5.2 Growbag manufacture lead times average
– five (5) working days for single items,
– two to six (2-6) weeks on average for bulk orders;
from date of order payment confirmation received.
5.3 PLANTUP-ZA tries to ensure healthy stock levels at all times,
and apologizes in advance for any inconvenience caused by unforeseen / uncontrollable factors; such as supplier shortages, etc.

7.1 Therefore PLANTUP-ZA is indemnified of costs incurred through damage or loss caused by incorrect information provided.

STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE;

Dirt and debris may be gently brushed off or sponged with a mild fabric detergent solution,
if full laundry wash is not possible.
10.3 Ensure that fabric is never ;

– or torn
– unstable positioning, suspension or over loading beyond weight capabilities for which item was specifically been designed for,
Avoid mechanical stress such as e.g.
– rough handling,
– misuse of tools,
– contact with lawn mowers, weed eaters and other sharp edged items,
